CANCELLATIONS

Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise you can be charged 50% of the service price.

For same day cancellation or not showing up for your appointment the full price of your treatment will be charged.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are redeemable against the treatment booked.  If however you decide not to proceed with treatment with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Deposits can be refunded if 48 hours notice is given.

Gift vouchers are non refundable.

Courses are non-refundable and treatments included in each course must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase. Treatments not used after the expiry period will be lost, non-refundable and non-transferable. Any cancellation of treatment from the course is required 48 hours minimum prior the appointment. If the 48 hours minimum notice is not respected the treatment is deducted from the courses of treatments.

MEDICAL HISTORY /HEALTH RECORDS

At the start of treatment, you will complete and sign a consent form and health questionnaire. There are contra-indications that can prevent or restrict your treatment, your therapist will advise you accordingly.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment without question or prejudice.

RESTRICTIONS

Treatments are only available for persons aged 18 and over.

Pregnant and breast feeding ladies would not be advised to have laser treatments. Other treatments may have restrictions.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are available for all of our treatments or to a value of your choice and valid for 6 months.

No extensions available on expiry date.

SPECIAL OFFERS / DISCOUNTS

All offers are subject to specific dates advertised at time of presentation.

Only one special offer at a time is available to be applied to a treatment.
